JPC Racing Policies
Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice. Published prices are intended to be accurate but may be adjusted due to typographical errors or changes in supplier costs. The price charged will be the rate in effect at the time of shipment. All shipments within Maryland are subject to 6% state sales tax.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal. PayPal orders will only be shipped to verified addresses. No exceptions.
Shipping
All shipments from JPC Racing incur nonrefundable shipping and handling fees. Standard shipping is via UPS Ground unless another method is requested. Oversized items may ship via common carrier (truck freight). Expedited options, including Next Day (red label), Second Day (blue label), and 3-Day (orange label), are available at additional cost. Orders received by 12:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday, will ship the same day if items are in stock. No shipments occur on weekends.
Shipping charges are based on actual weight and dimensions. Tires incur an additional $5 per tire, plus any applicable insurance. Hazardous materials ship UPS Ground only and cannot be expedited. JPC Racing does not ship to PO Boxes.
Shipping Insurance
We strongly recommend shipping insurance to protect against loss or damage. UPS provides coverage up to $100 for uninsured packages. Orders over $1,000 automatically include insurance at a rate of $1 per $100 of value. Orders under $1,000 may purchase optional insurance, which is highly recommended. JPC Racing is not responsible for loss or damage on uninsured packages.
Damaged Goods
If merchandise arrives damaged, retain both the items and original packaging and notify us immediately to arrange inspection with the carrier. UPS coverage without insurance is limited to $100. It is the customer’s responsibility to insure any shipment exceeding this amount.
International Orders
For international orders, please call 1-410-729-0005 or email Sales@NGPcenter.com. Online orders may incur additional shipping fees. Customers may request shipping quotes prior to purchase. Some international orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes. We work with overseas customers to accommodate shipping requirements; please allow time for quotes to be processed.
Refunds
Refunds are issued after receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise and issuance of an RMA number. A 15% restocking fee applies. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before shipment by speaking directly with a customer service representative. A 7% processing fee applies to canceled orders. Shipped orders cannot be canceled.
Warranty & Liability
All parts are sold “as is.” Any warranties provided are those of the manufacturer only. JPC Racing disclaims all other warranties, expressed or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
JPC Racing is not liable for consequential damages, property damage, personal injury, or death arising from the use of parts. Racing is inherently dangerous; the buyer assumes all risk and responsibility for the suitability and safety of all parts.
Legal Notice
Some parts may not be legal for use on emission-controlled vehicles. Installation may cause vehicles to fail emissions testing and/or void manufacturer warranties. JPC Racing assumes no responsibility for warranty voids or emissions failures; all liability rests with the buyer.
